Buyer beware Be careful when making a purchase at this dealership. They sold me an additional warranty that I was told by the finance manager would extend the car Be careful when making a purchase at this dealership. They sold me an additional warranty that I was told by the finance manager would extend the car warranty to 72k. (An additional 36k miles). She said you have nothing to worry about for 72k miles or six years. Even if you need wiper blades, it’s covered) I found out today it was a maintenance package for the FIRST 36k miles. The car had 10k miles on it so they sold me an oil change for $600. They will screw you for a buck. I will never buy anything from this family of dealerships. They are not ethical. Stay away and don’t trust them. More

Allen Rolocut and Jeff Wright absolutely ROCK! I had to have my clutch and flywheel replaced in my JCW. Another in a long list of expensive repairs to my Mini. While I certainly could have saved some money by taking it to a certified independent Mini Specialist, the customer service provided by Allen keeps me coming back to the Mini dealer. While expensive, Allen worked very hard to maximize every dollar spent, and went out of his way to ensure I would get the most value for my money, as he alwas does. Jeff also went way above and beyond to help me save money and time by doing some "extras" within the framework of the repair to help me out. Jeff did not have to do this, and it was really appreciated. Once again, BRAVO to my "team" at Mini of Baltimore! More
