I am constantly tweaking my 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman S trying is get every ounce of horse power and the up-most efficiency from my Cooper. I've relied on Allen's knowledge to help allow me make the right decision as I improve the overall performance. I just replaced my clutch assembly and up-graded to the JCW clutch assembly instead of the standard O&M clutch or any aftermarket high performance clutch. With Allen's experience and advice with Mini Coopers, I couldn't go wrong, I made the decision, performed market research and had Mini of Baltimore install the JCW clutch assembly and what a difference it made driving my cooper. Superior Diagnosis and Repair After purchasing a used Mini at Carmax we learned that several quite expensive repairs were required, as diagnosed by the mini dealer, not Carmax. Allen Rolocut, our Service rep at Mini of Towson was a strong advocate for us in securing agreement from the extended warranty company to have over $4000 in necessary repairs covered (front suspension and timing belt among others). Whew! What a relief. The car drives like new. I could not imagine a better service experience More
