Jonathan Baron listened and was very thoughtful about the issue. It took a while to diagnosis the problem but Jonathan kept me informed and let me know the timing as things updated. It turned out to be a problem with the sensor in the rearview mirror. Jonathan found the part and had it installed without charge. That was incredible and very kind. I felt that Jonathan was truly sympathetic to my problem and my time. And they washed car! Jonathan is the best! More
