A more complicated service than anticipated coincided with my husband's surgery and hospitalization. Allen put me at ease by assuring me that regardless of when the service was done, he would handle getting my car back to me, leaving me to worry about my husband. "Don't worry, we'll handle it" may seem very simple but sometimes it makes all the difference. More

He said yes and the car was done by 10:00 AM. As always the car was immaculate when I got it back. I will always take my car back there. More

Jake at closing was very kind and enthusiastic, and I had the pleasure of meeting Yoni Baron, the head of the service department and seeing him again after a little glitch with my car. I wish this dealership was closer to my home, but other than that, everyone was helpful. Yoni was particularly helpful and calming when the car gave me a message about a drive train problem. It turned out to be a sensor malfunction, not a mechanical malfunction, and it was fixed promptly, and an Uber was sent to my home so I could collect my car. His calm, reassuring demeanor was very helpful to me. More
