this was my very first mini service since my 2023 cooper S purchase 11 months ago. everything was great - multi point inspection; tires, brakes and battery check; engine oil change; a telematics update; and S purchase 11 months ago. everything was great - multi point inspection; tires, brakes and battery check; engine oil change; a telematics update; and a really nice car clean. Wayne from the service team took great care of the performance appointment and everything went fairly quick. and, Matt the maintenance guy sent a cool video and said he was really happy with how everything looked. looking forward to working with mini of towson again! 5-stars More
