MINI of Towson - Service Center

Let me start off by saying every auto dealership should have a service writer like Allen! This man went well above my expectations. I purchased a Mini Cooper from another dealership that developed some en have a service writer like Allen! This man went well above my expectations. I purchased a Mini Cooper from another dealership that developed some engine issues. Allen contacted the selling dealership and explained what the problem was. They agreed to cover half of the cost since it was still under a 90-day powertrain warranty. Allen was in contact with them several times through the whole process. I never expected or even thought he would have done this. I'm very grateful for his help. More

I brought my mini to the shop because the check engine light came on and then off again several times. Allen kept me up to date the whole time and lent me a vehicle while mine was in the shop.
