I have been working with Yoni Baron for years and have really really appreciated it. I was scheduled to drop my car on a Monday but I had an issue with my tire on the prior Friday and had to have my car really really appreciated it. I was scheduled to drop my car on a Monday but I had an issue with my tire on the prior Friday and had to have my car towed to the dealership early. Yoni made arrangements to get me into a loaner car ahead of schedule at a time when he was super busy, and he was extremely friendly about it and really helped me out in general. He also kept me up to date and informed about my car while I was having service. Allen was great to work with when I returned my car. I have worked with Allen before. I have not worked with him as much as Yoni but I also feel fortunate to work with him. My car is driving great now to boot! A big thanks to Yoni, Allen, and all in the service department. I did give a 3 star on price because I didn't go the cheapest route, but you get what you pay for sometimes, don't you? More

Yoni Baron is great. Last week I brought my car in for routine maintenance. A problem was discovered and I needed a loaner for a few days . Yoni arranged the loaner and transferred everything from my car routine maintenance. A problem was discovered and I needed a loaner for a few days . Yoni Baron has been my service advisor ever since I bought a new 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman at the dealership. I love Minis and now am on my second Countryman. Yoni is a wonderful service advisor, h bought a new 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman at the dealership. I love Minis and now am on my second Countryman. Yoni is a wonderful service advisor, has a great personality, and always has a big smile on his face. Further, I give him extra points because he really likes my 2 Pomeranians, Max and Oliver, one of whom usually comes with me to the dealership when my car requires service. Aside from Yoni, other employees of Mini of Baltimore County are very friendly and also make a fuss over my 2 little pups because they are so darn adorable (in my opinion).
