Thanks for great service, as always! My Mini Countryman's service needed light came on. I called Mini of Baltimore County and was promptly and well taken-care of by Allen Rolocut, who has My Mini Countryman's service needed light came on. Allen offered me almost any appointment day and time I wanted, and made sure that my service would be completed while I waited. During a routine check with the oil change, the technician discovered excessive wear and tear on one of the tires. Allen showed me a photo, and emailed me a video of the inspection, to make sure I understood what needed to be done and why. I love this dealership! It's my second Mini to be leased through them, but will not be my last. Thanks to Allen for a great job! Jon S. More
