Difficult Dilemma I truly believe in the integrity of Yoni Baron and the Mini of Baltimore staff. I recently had a problem that did not have a clear determining factor. A variety of testing was done, but there was no clear cut determination of why the water penetrated the vehicle. The dealer did not try to placate me, by claiming they had a solution or that it could not occur again. They suggested contacting my insurance company, and arrived at a reasonable price, for drying out the carpet and foam. I respect the fact that they did not make false claims about future problems. More

Outstanding MINI vehicles are not cheap and neither are their parts, but you get what you pay for. We’ve had FOUR MINIs ranging from the basic three cylinder to the John Cooper Works. All are very SOLID cars. I came here for the first time to get a new battery for my daughters MINI. I was treated with respect and they took their time to go over what they were going to do. EVERYONE in the dealership was polite without being slimy. We will buy our FIFTH MINI here. More

Alan Rolocut is the best service advisor i have ever had in 6 decades of car ownership and dealers. He is always helpful, works to make sure i get what i need, and my MINI is a 2005 and has needed very litt in 6 decades of car ownership and dealers. Fast and excellent service I went in for a scheduled service on my Mini. Yoni, my service rep, not only ordered a Lyft for me to run some errands, but also had my car ready an I went in for a scheduled service on my Mini. Fix convertible top and last service before 3 year warranty All went as planned. I had a 1 pm appointment and picked my mini up at 4 pm. First class in friendliness and quick service I have tried another mini dealership closer and no one is as quick and complete as Mini of Baltimore!
