Yoni (service advisor) was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the MINI brand. He went the extra mile to help me get my maintenance pkg switched into my name because I bought my car used. He was thorough in any explanation and made everything easy to understand - you can tell he has done this for a long time. Everyone else at the dealership was a pleasure to work with and the dealership itself is well kept and overly accommodating. Can't wait to come back, thanks MINI and Yoni!! More

Mini of Baltimore County never fails me I purchased my 2013 Mini new from Mini of Baltimore County, and it's the only place I've ever taken it for servicing. In six years of ownership, I've I purchased my 2013 Mini new from Mini of Baltimore County, and it's the only place I've ever taken it for servicing. In six years of ownership, I've never received less than five star service from this dealer. The service advisors are consistently professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all things Mini. This latest service appointment was a repair for a yellow check engine light. Allen Rolocut was my service advisor. He first assured me that the car was ok to drive the hour long trip to the dealer. When checking the car in, I mentioned that the snowflake light was also on. Allen knew the cause immediately and explained about the ambient temperature sensor's effect on the engine. As it turns out, he was right. A chipmunk had chewed the sensor and some of the wiring. While discussing this repair with Allen, I asked about the availability of replacement stripes for my car, since it's one of the limited editions. Allen ordered the stripes and arranged for the installation. Both service appointments went smoothly, the check engine light is off, the car looks fantastic with the new stripes, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Allen and Mini of Baltimore County. More
