Super Attentive Customer Service I dialed the Mini Service number in my iPhone Contacts and it took me straight to Allen's voicemail. I didn't leave a message as I was hoping to speak I dialed the Mini Service number in my iPhone Contacts and it took me straight to Allen's voicemail. I didn't leave a message as I was hoping to speak with someone directly. I dialed the general number and the receptionist transferred me to Yoni's voicemail, noting that Allen was out that afternoon. Yoni returned my call promptly. However, I had a follow up question and mistakenly dialed Allen's number again. Before I could dial the general number, Allen texted me, addressed me by name, and asked if there's anything he can do to help. He answered my questions immediately. I was so amazed by Allen's attentive response at a time when he was away from the office, in order to promptly meet the needs of a customer! More

Yoni looks out for me each and every time I have service and stays in touch with information on service specials, options that help improve the longevity of my Countryman's care & feeding. I'm pretty confident that is just the way he works and offers the additional insight to his other customers; but I feel pretty special and lucky to have him on my side. The entire team here is customer-focused and it's always a pleasant experience. Likely will look to MINI of Towson when it's time to upgrade to my next MINI so I hoping Yoni owns the place by then. More

A Pleasant Surprise We bought our 2013 MINI used from a Landrover/Jaguar dealership, so were unaware of the whole MINI service deal. When hubby realized we had a coolant We bought our 2013 MINI used from a Landrover/Jaguar dealership, so were unaware of the whole MINI service deal. When hubby realized we had a coolant leak I did some calling and found out that there was a week left on a prepaid maintenance plan from the original owners. I spoke to the original dealership and arranged towing through Roadside Assistance. I thought the car was going to Rockville for service; little did I know that MINI has a whole system and the car was taken to Towson (which is much closer) and the prepaid plan was good there too. Allen Rolocut called when the car arrived and I was a bit perplexed about why it was at Towson, but as soon as he explained everything it made total sense. So the repair was pricey, but getting in under the wire on the prepaid maintenance made the regular service feel like a win. Great experience overall. Thanks More

Friendly, helpful and go the extra mile! I came in because the yellow engine light was on and the car was operating at half capacity. Even though I did not have an appointment Allen was able I came in because the yellow engine light was on and the car was operating at half capacity. Even though I did not have an appointment Allen was able to help me immediately, got me a loaner car and kept me posted as to what was wrong and how long it would take to complete the job. I really appreciated the great service and communication! More
