Superior Diagnosis and Repair After purchasing a used Mini at Carmax we learned that several quite expensive repairs were required, as diagnosed by the mini dealer, not Carmax. Allen Rolocut, our Service rep at Mini of Towson was a strong advocate for us in securing agreement from the extended warranty company to have over $4000 in necessary repairs covered (front suspension and timing belt among others). Excellent Service, Excellent Customer Service I recently took my car to Mini of Baltimore to have my brake pads changed (the light was on in my car). I live about an hour away so it is always some I recently took my car to Mini of Baltimore to have my brake pads changed (the light was on in my car). I live about an hour away so it is always somewhat of a hassle to have to get down there for an "emergency" type of service. I called earlier in the week to see if I could schedule something for that Saturday (I didn't really expect any availability so late in the week) and Yoni got me on the schedule right away! Once down there, he told me that I was actually about due for a handful of other services as well. I thought I was going to have to come back (again) - nope! They fit it all in in the same visit. That was a huge help to me. The service was quick and painless. As always, the best part was getting to see Cooper the Sheltie while I was there! It makes a huge difference to have such a pleasant experience when your car (that you love so much!) needs serviced. Thanks to all for your help! More
