He even agreed to hold onto the car when I was unable to pick it up when it was ready, which, by the way, was exactly when he said it would be. A great outfit and Allen is superb! More

Allen Rolocut always schedules me promptly, makes sure everything is taken care of, and keeps me informed during the visit.. He is considerate and makes me feel valued as a customer. He lets me know of any wear issues that may need to be addressed at next year's oil change so I can plan ahead. I trust Allen to keep my cars running smoothly. I also like Mini of Baltimore's clean waiting room area with snacks. If service/repairs are going to take awhile, I find it very helpful and important that Mini of Baltimore provides a free loaner car. More
Exemplary service!! Allen Rolocut and the service technicians at MINI of Baltimore County did everything you'd want them to do - and more. As my Service Manager, Allen ex Allen Rolocut and the service technicians at MINI of Baltimore County did everything you'd want them to do - and more. As my Service Manager, Allen explained all aspects of the service exceptionally well, describing the unique (and complicated) issue that the very capable service technician had ably discovered as part of the vehicle service inspection BEFORE it caused a catastrophic fault, my options going forward for fixing it and considerations - including cost, risk and return on investment - for making my best service decision. Allen was particularly excellent in working out a creative solution for obtaining the best resolution for my best price. After my decision was made, Allen kept me well-apprised of what was happening and how parts availability was affecting the original timeline - and then somehow found more than $600 additional savings on the original quote. As a new service customer at MINI of Baltimore County, I'll trust them for all of my service issues going forward. Love 'em!! More

Outstanding Service by Yoni, Again! I've been a Mini owner for many years and continue to be impressed by the outstanding service from Yoni Baron. While this service appointment was a ro I've been a Mini owner for many years and continue to be impressed by the outstanding service from Yoni Baron. While this service appointment was a routine 60,000 mile service (oil, plugs, cabin filter), I asked Yoni to investigate an issue I had with the front bumper. After I described the issue, Yoni understood what had happened and was able to explain it to me, in non-mechanic terms. Once the maintenance was performed, he had the detail team clean up my mistake and gave me tips on what to do in the future if it ever happened again. Lastly, given the early morning appointment, Yoni is now giving me tips for good Breakfast places!! Turns out that there is a new cafe place next to Mini of Baltimore and it is very good. Talk about Full Service: took care of my car and my hunger!! More
