Awesome customer service- even if you aren't a customer! I had unfortunate damage to my Mini Countryman and chose to take it to Mini of Baltimore for the repair work. From the moment I walked in the doors, Jonathan Baron {Yoni} from the service department treated me like I was a long time customer! He was prompt, polite, fun, and informative- he kept me better informed than my own insurance company!!! I was really treated well, and I really appreciate that!!! More

This service department keeps us coming back! Yoni Baron is the best! Whether it is answering a question over the telephone or in person, he always makes us feel like we are his top priority. Even if he is not the person helping us during a visit, Yoni greets us in a friendly manner and asks how everything is going with the car and with us. When we traded in the Roadster for a new Hardtop this past weekend, I told the manager that if Yoni leaves the dealership, we will stop coming and I meant it! More

They are not inexpensive but it's a price I'll pay for trusting them to know my car and care for it properly. Schedule proper maintenance and avoid more costly problems. I've worked with Yoni some time now. Really nice guy, genuine, extremely helpful, responsive, and honest. How often has anyone said that about a service manager??? Keep up the good work Yoni. Yoni rocks I bought my '13 Cooper S Coupe new from MINI of Baltimore in October 2012. They have kept it running beautifully ever since. Great service experience I bought my car from them and because of the bumper to bumper warranty, had them service the vehicle during that period. Continue to use them because I bought my car from them and because of the bumper to bumper warranty, had them service the vehicle during that period. Continue to use them because of the excellent treatment I get. I never used dealerships for service until I got my Mini and now I would never go anywhere else. It's 20 miles from my home to get there but worth it! Service is quick and complete & the car is washed when I get it back. They have a loaner car waiting for me & Yoni even pairs my Bluetooth. More
Service Back in June I had to get part of my stripes on my mini replaced. Jonathan helped me in that endeavor.
