I had a great experience with this dealership. I already purchased a Mini here in 2007 and I wanted to upgrade to the same color, red/white mini but all they had was the red/black ones. We ended up choosing to custom build my car which was definitely a great choice for me. I could choose my colors, make, model and all the upgrades I wanted. Michelle was very helpful, willing to help me and was very quick to respond to all of my emails. I would recommend her to anyone. Once everything was processed I went to Ryan to help me through all of my paperwork. He was wonderful, and kept everything exciting for me. He was very detailed on explaining to me all of my coverage and warranty options which I appreciated very much. What I love most about this dealership is there is no frills, excess buttering up or pushy representatives. They are straight forward and honest with you, which not enough companies have. When I finally made it out there to buy the car, Pete made the process painless and easy (the transaction included a trade-in, which otherwise may have caused some headaches). I had a very good idea of the options I was looking for in my CMS4 and Brook checked all local inventories to find a match. With no luck, Brook helped me through the ordering process and did a great job of keeping me informed on its progress(the owners lounge at miniusa.com is really cool too)! You could tell that Brook is an experienced motoring advisor that knows what he is doing. He was friendly, very knowledgable, no pressure, and professional through the whole experience.
