I had my vehicle repaired here since it was a Certified Nissan Shop and under the State Farm umbrella of repair facilities but my truck was completed 2 weeks after the estimated completion date and no one Nissan Shop and under the State Farm umbrella of repair facilities but my truck was completed 2 weeks after the estimated completion date and no one called back at my requests or had any real updates when phone conversations were had. They lied about parts they were waiting on as well. I received the truck back with huge body gaps, broken pieces were installed in my door panel causing my window to not operate properly, I had the wrong emblems, and it makes a large amount of wind noise and the truck takes in water when it rains. I will never refer or use Mossy Collision again. More

I’m not sure how this dealership remains in business due to my recent experience with them. I was buying a used truck for a friend of mine. I live in Baton Rouge he is in Chalmette. We agreed to a price and was assured I could write a check since I bank with Chase. My friend picked up the check from me Tuesday night and dropped it of at Mossy Wednesday morning. The dealership then called him back and stated they do not take personal checks although we were told the exact opposite. Their porter picked up the check and I called his salesman and asked if my friend could go pick up his truck and was told no, they need to wait until their driver gets back to New Orleans. I then asked if they could deliver the truck to him and was told no. The sales manager Kirk Gundoff said he needed to come in to get a ‘GREAT” sales experience. I buy a lot of vehicles for myself and never was treated this badly. Acting like we were trying to scam them or something. Gundoff even had the nerve to tell me if you don’t want the truck you don’t have to buy it. If I hadn’t already got the cashier’s check, I would have told him where he could shove the truck up. I’ve bought a vehicle from a Mullinax Ford in Apopka Florida and said to me they deliver anywhere in Florida so I met them In Pensacola. I’ve bought several vehicles from Lexus of Mobile and they delivered the vehicles and paperwork to me here in BR. Mossy sales manager/and sales persons are arrogant and act like they are doing you a favor. They went as far as looking up my address as the salesman told me you have a nice house. Don’t waste your time with these FOOLS. More
