Our experience was a disaster after having a blow out due to faulty tire at 30,000 miles. I had my vehicle repaired here since it was a Certified Nissan Shop and under the State Farm umbrella of repair facilities but my truck was completed 2 weeks after the estimated completion date and no one Nissan Shop and under the State Farm umbrella of repair facilities but my truck was completed 2 weeks after the estimated completion date and no one called back at my requests or had any real updates when phone conversations were had. They lied about parts they were waiting on as well. I received the truck back with huge body gaps, broken pieces were installed in my door panel causing my window to not operate properly, I had the wrong emblems, and it makes a large amount of wind noise and the truck takes in water when it rains. I will never refer or use Mossy Collision again. More
