I went to the dealership to get a oil change and tires rotated. I left my phone at home and missed the call that I needed an alignment. The service representative failed to communicate with me sitting rig rotated. I left my phone at home and missed the call that I needed an alignment. The service representative failed to communicate with me sitting right in my face that I need an alignment. It wasn't until I return home and check my phone And found out that I need an alignment. Communication is poor. It needs to improve. More
