Took my Forester in for some minor repairs covered by insurance. Adjustment and estimate process was easy enough but had to wait about month for an opening to fit me in for repairs. Quoted me double the price for a windshield replacement so decided to go elsewhere for that. Work completed was OK, still some small dings/dent in the final product but took so long to get it done I just decided roll with it. When I pointed it out, I was told “I don’t know, I don’t deal with USAA claims.” Mossy offers great services usually but their collision department seems a bit over extended. More
