Wasted two hours of my time. I found a car worth test driving through Autotrader and decided to go look at it in person. I called the Mac Churchill to confirm the car was still in I found a car worth test driving through Autotrader and decided to go look at it in person. I called the Mac Churchill to confirm the car was still in the inventory and even used their stock number to confirm it was still available and ready for a test drive. I then drove an hour to the dealership and waited fifteen minutes for an available sales rep. While taking my info before the test drive, the sales rep seemed disappointed to find out that I would be using Outside Financing to purchase the car. The sales rep then went to pull up the car and disappeared for ten minutes before coming back empty handed to tell me the car had already been sold and is off the lot. The same car that they had confirmed was still available only an hour earlier... I've been to quite a few dealerships looking for the right car for me this month, and Mac Churchill definitely gave off the worst vibe yet. During the hour-long drive home I found the silver lining in the fact that I would not have to be involved with Mac Churchill any longer thanks to their bone headed error. More

Disappointing and Dishonest Experience I am sincerely disappointed in the actions by the representatives of Mac Churchill Auto Mall. I was bullied into not taking the car to my own mechani I am sincerely disappointed in the actions by the representatives of Mac Churchill Auto Mall. I was bullied into not taking the car to my own mechanic, and I was poorly mistaken to put my trust in them. After they "inspected" it and I bought the car, I immediately discovered that the car had a cracked radiator. In addition, one of the conditions that I had before purchasing the car was that they would fix whatever was making the TPMS light illuminate. Instead of putting a sensor on the wheel where the sensor is missing, or even telling me about the problem, they reset the light so that it was off when I took the car off the lot; the light came back on while I was driving the car home that same night. I am sad that this was my first car-buying experience. While the representatives were friendly, they were blatantly dishonest and shady in order to make a small sale to a college student. I don't recommend their business. While Jennifer Hiner (Customer Relations) was kind and did reach out to me, there was no incentive for her to prove that her team members lied and cheated me in this transaction. A used car sold "as is" requires nothing from the dealership after it is purchased; I get it. The point is that "as is" meant that they were being honest about the "as is" condition--and they weren't. More
Unethical Deceitful business practice I was a repeated customer of Mac Churchill but my past and the last experience with the buying process at Mac Churchill was the worst. They have no sense of urgency in getting the customers out the door, the buying process took over 8 hours. I explained the monthly budget that I needed to stay within on my new purchase and after several hours of visiting with different finance managers pushing me to except the higher payments because I was paying more before, stating I did not have enough equity in my trades, and the car I originally wanted to purchase, they wouldn’t be able to put a deal together on. After hours of waiting I surrender and allowed them to sell me a car that was 150.00 above my target monthly payment. The dealership owed me two new tires to replace the two on the vehicle that had sidewall cuts. The dealership choose not to use the original equipment brand on my 2013 Lexus and replace the tires with two of the cheapest tires they could find. Weeks later the car I traded in was paid off. I went to Mac Churchill dealership to request a signature to have my Master Tech Extended warranty which I purchased from the dealership when I bought the first car from them years ago, refunded. At that time it was told by the finance manager that they used my extended warranty refund money to make the deal work on the Lexus that I recently purchased. Wow they got me good, I was scammed, unethical, deceitful business practice at Mac Churchill auto mall. More

After this was all said and done jennifer hiner help us out. The customer service we had with her was a 110x better then dealing with Mr. simmons. Wish she was my origanl sales person so here's how Mr. Simmons treated us. We recently purchased a truck from these liars. We test drove all good my wife loved the truck. So we go and get all the paper work done. Everything is fine i ask the sales guy Joe simmons if we could transfer our personal stuff to our new truck he said yes of course. We transfer everything and what not then he says the truck is going to be detailed. WE WAITED 4 HOURS for the truck to get detailed. Every time you ask ohhh another 15 minutes hour went by ohhhh another 15 minute. Ok so four hours went by finally the trucks done. I jump in the truck and go to open the center console well whatcha know its broke said something to Joe simmons. He promises me and my wife that they will make an appointment and get it fixed. Then hands me the "KEY" no key fob just a key. I said where's the other key he said this truck only comes with one key. Welll the ticket here says two keys. He replied with sometimes they just put that on there He's a xxxx liar. So then he goes on and says we will find the other key. We drive two and half hours back to the house. Then the abs light comes on long story short the service department didn't secure the wiring right on the right wheel and costed me 300 dollars to get it fixed. I was fine with that until they told me they dont have a key for me nor will they fix the console. A bunch of lies from joe simmons don't ever do business with him. He will just blow smoke up your xxx. I then processed to contact jennifer about the keys. Well joe calls me back and says they dont have an extra key for my truck but hey il talk to my manager and maybe we can split the cost. WOW you want me to spend more money on a 45,000 dollar vehicle. Then i talk to jennifer about it and what do you know she found my extra keys WOW see what happens when you look for something joe. Then i told her about my console and she went to joe and asked him and he said i dont know anything about that i never told them that. Well dont you think he just lied about it just like he did about the keys. So long story short i got screw out 300 dollars plus I have to get the console fixed and not i have to reprogram the key fob to my truck which they told me would be 75-100 dollars. Thank you JOE SIMMONS for your xxxxty sales and your broken promises. More
