Shifty Found a car online and sent an email to inquire about it. Asked if they had an actual photo of the vehicle. Received a "Hurry" email response that did not address my inquiry other than the car was available. Emailed back, no response. Daniel Duran I replied stating it did not address my inquire and sent my question again. No reply Drove, quite a while, to go to the lot and was met outside by a sales person. I told them why I was there and what vehicle I was interested in and was asked to go inside. I was told by the sales person that someone might have put a down payment on the vehicle the previous day. When I asked him to verify. He did not, instead he came back with some type of paperwork. I asked if we could verify if the vehicle was still available before proceeding to any paperwork and was told that they won't let me until we complete the form. Guys, you don't need my personal information, Name, phone number, etc... before letting me know if a vehicle is available. This seems to be a shifty business process from the get go and the Yes it's available followed by Someone might have put a down on it yesterday. Other and very important: Doing research on the VIN of the vehicle I was interested in via 2 or 3 vehicle records searches shows this vehicle was totaled loss. I have also search 2 other vehicles on this lot with the same result. Buyer beware!!! More

I needed confirmation that the vehicle was actually on the lot. Chris actually took a selfie of himself and the car and sent it to me. I had just driven over an hour to another dealership to find the David McDavid Frisco (Erika) play the "bait and switch" game after I specifically requested her to check to confirm the car's location. Chris A may be a newbie but he was always helpful and kind. I would probably go back & purchase another vehicle there. The car was clean, full of gas and just had an oil change. The next day we discovered the car was leaking oil (very slowly) and when I took it my mechanic he told me that the dealership mechanic had not tightened the oil cap. So I could not give the dealership 5 stars for this reason. More

I bought my jeep 2 months ago from this horrible place. Then first oil change I have a massive leak and low brake fluid. Go to get it worked on under my extended warranty again at this crap hole. Took it in Thursday and was promised to be done at noon on Saturday since I was going out of town for the week. Well show up at 1pm to get my car and they aren't done with it. Ok I wait patiently while they finish testing the repairs. Well guess what?!? They run the car out of gas while testing it!! So finally my car gets done at about 3:30 p sitting in service line for 30 minutes while I wait for someone to check me out. Just ridiculous!! I suggest no one ever go there for any reason!!! Poor customer service and obviously their mechanics are buffoons! More

Sales and Service Issues I bought a used Honda Civic Hybrid and the first day I drove it off the lot the battery died. When I bought the vehicle I noticed a battery charger in I bought a used Honda Civic Hybrid and the first day I drove it off the lot the battery died. When I bought the vehicle I noticed a battery charger in the back seat but thought it might had to jump start since it was sitting on the lot for a while. They reimbursed me for the battery but I should of gave it back then. Lesson learned. I bought the warranty and needed to use it because guess what the battery died. I called and scheduled for service and was told they had to schedule next week due to lack of rental cars. I scheduled it and came in but was told they gave my rental car away due to the owner giving his friend the car. I was actually told that his friend was having his bed liner sprayed and they gave him the car. Thats not all. I paid for the diagnostic but was told they just that they didn't find anything wrong with the battery charging system. Really I have the engine light, IMA light and the battery light on. I asked them what codes did the car give and they told me that didn't even hook up the OBD connector but just check the battery, starter, and alternator. Then they said I would have to pay another 80 to check the engine codes and IMA light because it was a different task that what I told them. I came in for the IMA light and battery dying but since I didn't say to check the engine codes they didn't do it. What kind of service is that but it gets worse. They said that they understood hybrids and needed to run a full diagnostic and will charge me 120 total instead of 160. I said fine I just want my car fixed. They performed their test and said that I would have to go to the dealer! I called the warranty place and was told to save me paying twice that they could subnet the service to the honda dealer. Ashley is the manager that was helping me. She said that it is too complicated and she didn't want to be the middle man. Plus they didn't have any rentals and didn't want the hassle. What customer service this place has!! So now I she reduced it to 80 for the work they did to tell me my car has issues. I was there from 8:30 to 1:30 so that I could give them 80 dollars to tell me things i already knew. Avoid this place. More

The problem is that I drove over 100 miles and left a 500 dollar deposit. When I got there the deal was changed and was not what we talked about on the phone. Then she showed me numbers and said she was not going to explain what was in the paper because that was not her job. This dealership needs to higher better sales people. More
