Pins and needles I was on my way to work and it sounded like I was dragging something after I drove over a pot hole. I stopped but couldn’t locate the problem. I couldn’t drive faster than 35mph or the noise would start again. This happened on Mother’s Day. I took it to Mac Haik and I thought I was going to have to purchase something expensive. Turns out I only needed a few pins to secure the cover back into place. I was relieved. When I went to the counter to pay the bill they Informed me they had the pins available and no charge. Not good I had a good experience with them replacing the latches on all of the doors that were recalled. The huge problem was when I brought it back because on I had a good experience with them replacing the latches on all of the doors that were recalled. The huge problem was when I brought it back because one of the windows fell down into the door when I rolled down the window. I had an appointment for them to fix it. I went in and told a large white man that I had an appointment and what it was for. He said the window had nothing to do with the latches. I told him it was not like that before and that it did have something to do with it. I was highly upset. He didn’t go to the computer to see that I had an appointment or even ask what my name was. So one of the service guys walks over and says he’ll look at it. Another service guy asked for my info and got me checked in. I told the other guy that was very rude to me that he needed better communication skills. He said “yes ma’am” this guy does nick t need to be in customer service. Horrible attitude... They fixed it and I picked the car up later that day. Lance Harris was my service guy. He was great and wasn’t in the day I came back. The guy that checked me in and out on that day was great too. Black guy. Can’t remember his name... More
