I bought my truck in because I had a flat rear back tire that had to be replaced and I had to purchase a new tire, I was at the shop for 4 hours after they told me I needed my rear brake pads replaced and I that had to be replaced and I had to purchase a new tire, I was at the shop for 4 hours after they told me I needed my rear brake pads replaced and I had that done also, they did a excellent job just a long wait. 2 weeks ago went in for simple oil change. Horrible experience. 3 hour wait. They never got to my car. Received a call from Lucinda Murphy apologizing and explaining what happened. I went back in today--reluctantly. MacHaik has Lucinda to thank for keeping my business with them and likely a candidate for my next vehicle when I am again in the market.
