A very easy buying experience Short of giving me my new Explorer, I really can’t think of much that you’re staff could have done better. Going into the buying process, I was really Short of giving me my new Explorer, I really can’t think of much that you’re staff could have done better. Going into the buying process, I was really dreading the actual purchasing process because it tends to be so “pressure oriented”. That was not the case this time. I had spoken to Robert Jobe prior to arriving at the dealership and he had the 2 Explorers that I was interested in up front waiting on me when I got there. He was very easy to deal with as were your sales and business managers. There weren’t any high pressure tactics. It was really a pretty easy buying process and I couldn’t have been more pleased with how I was treated by everyone that I came into contact with or dealt with.
