Upon dropping vehicle off I told the service center rep that i was leaving town for work and my wife and 2 kids depend on this car which is a 2017 H. Sonata Sport. Long story short I left town for work and never recieved a loner vehicle or rental. I picked.my vehicle up November 5 2018 amd also paid for an oil change and oily fingerprints were on door and front seat. Thank you for your time. Wishing for a better expierence in the future....
