Service issue, was waiting on part for three weeks after insurance gave the ok to order it. The part came in 2/11/22 i found out today 2/14/22 that they pulled all the Mechnic’s to work on used cars so they insurance gave the ok to order it. Turned my 2019 F150 truck in for warranty service including two mandatory recalls, a leaky a/c unit in passenger floorboard, and a Sirius radio malfunction. Zac told me it would be a few days to get including two mandatory recalls, a leaky a/c unit in passenger floorboard, and a Sirius radio malfunction. Zac told me it would be a few days to get it done. Called at the end of the second day after no one called to give me an update. At that point they had not even assigned a tech to my truck and told me it would be another few days before that would happen and longer to have someone actually work on the vehicle. I asked if I could use the vehicle while it was in the que, and they said no. Then Zac told me it would have to be assigned to three different techs, second one for radio, body shop for A/C, and a mechanic for other recalls...so that was going to take a lot longer too. This is the worst service I have ever seen from an automobile dealership and I have been around a few. Zac the un-service provider is not even listed as part of their service department though he sits at a service desk...wonder why? After 30 years with Ford, maybe its time to think Chevy. More

Lincoln Guarantee not honored We have owned Lincoln’s and with the purchase comes a guarantee of a loaner. The service agent did not make sure i had access to.a loaner. I was without transportation for 2 days and had to call around to get transportation to work and home. My job involves some travel around town and it was very difficult without a car. one reason for purchasing a Lincoln was for these types of perks and the service you typically get with ownership. Those perks do not happen at this service center. More
