I purchased a used F-150 From Madison Ford 2 days ago and it was really the best car purchasing I'm ever had. I had been looking for the right truck for months and had a lot of dealerships waste a lot of my it was really the best car purchasing I'm ever had. I had been looking for the right truck for months and had a lot of dealerships waste a lot of my time. I just happened to be traveling past Madison and stopped to see what they had. I find the perfect truck and worked with Johnny to help me through the process. I really trusted Johnny, which says a lot in this industry. He worked really hard to make sure that we had a great experience and got exactly what we were looking for. I drove it Friday and came back Saturday to sign the papers. It took maybe two hours total including test driving, trade valuation (I got 4 prices for my trade and Madison was the highest by far), credit app and paperwork, and signing and driving home). It was really just an easy, stress free, process and I couldn't be happier. Everyone at the dealership was great including the finance person. I never once felt like it was me against them as I find typical when purchasing a car. I would love to buy all of my cars at this Dealership. More
