I usually don't even have to negotiate. He is very honest and upfront. I always got the car I liked at the price I liked, thanks to the best sales person Kai Zhu. He also followed up by email to make sure that everything was okay. Excellent service and excellent professionalism. The finance officer Mr. Aziz is also excellent! Excellent service I went to Toyota in Palo Alto, because my Yaris was making a weird noise. As soon as I got to the dealership I was greeted by Jared. He asked me a cou I went to Toyota in Palo Alto, because my Yaris was making a weird noise. As soon as I got to the dealership I was greeted by Jared. He asked me a couple of question and got a mechanic to try to figure out a game plan for the car and to see what was wrong. In a couple minutes they had figured out I had a damaged water pump. We made an appointment and Jared took great care of my car. I feel like I’m driving a brand new car all over! Thank you Jared and thank you Toyota in Palo Alto for the amazing help!
