I was not happy with my salesman Tyler. I bought a blazer from them and everything was going good until I told him that we wouldn’t be buying the extended warranty and financing though them I bought a blazer from them and everything was going good until I told him that we wouldn’t be buying the extended warranty and financing though them. I know they make a commission off these services but I wasn’t interested in them. Once that happened I got the cold shoulder on the rest of my experience. I was supposed to have a jack in the back of the car which he told me he didn’t think there was one which there is and took several trips. Never received my oil change which I took to another dealer to get it done. I love the car but not the service I received from the salesman 😞 More

Buying a car from Maguire Chevrolet in Baldwinsville was the best car buying experience you could ask for. I live about 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership, so I called and made sure they had the vehicle the best car buying experience you could ask for. The salesman I spoke to was Tom and he offered great customer service from the moment he answered the phone. He even came in a couple hours earlier than scheduled to make sure we had enough time to buy the vehicle I wanted before needing to head back home for work. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at other dealerships in the past, but Maguire is nothing like those other guys! I just love my new vehicle, a 2022 Chevy Equinox RS, and I will definitely be making Maguire my first choice for feature purchases! More
