Tahoe Service My Tahoe was in the service department at Evans Chevrolet for Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Repair of the Rain Sensor in the windshield. One of the other issues my vehicle was at the dealership for, was the inadvertent dimming of the driver information center and the touch screen display/backup camera at any time day or night. The problem is intermittent but was initially passed off (by Patrick) as an acceptable problem. That answer was not acceptable to me. It wasn't until I questioned this resolve, that a second look was taken and a determination was made to allow me to stop in the service department when the problem is active and someone would take a look at it. This is somewhat acceptable given that it's difficult for me to get to the dealership because I take care of my 4 month old grand son. More

I knew exactly what truck I wanted after my own research, plus I was working working with a tight budget. I was at many other dealerships and it took hours to find out that they could not provide the vehicle I wanted at the budget I had to work with. When I talked to Evans on the phone and gave them my exact criteria, not only did they have what I wanted, but they even beat the price I was working with! I spent less time at the dealership with paper work and delivery than I did just trying to get answers at other dealerships. We will go back again when we need another vehicle! More
The Chevy product line I'm very disappointed that my 2016 Traverse with 16,000 miles has rear brake calipers that seized up. I was told this was common. I have owned many different makes and models and it is not uncommon at 60,000 or 70,000 miles but 16,000 . I spoke to the service manger his reply welcome to C.N. Y. salt. That was the best thing we did, they were right on top of everything and got us exactly what we were looking for. Paperwork was all prepared before we got there. It was the shortest time that we have ever spent at a car dealership. Harley kept us informed all the way.
