Called 3 times to check on parts i was waiting to come in only to be told each time they weren’t there yet. I was then sent a letter in the mail stating my parts were in and they would be returned within 30 only to be told each time they weren’t there yet. I was then sent a letter in the mail stating my parts were in and they would be returned within 30 days if an appointment was not set up without ever being contacted via phone call upon their arrival. Then, i was told my car would need to be there all day due to 2 recalls being installed from when i purchased the vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle after being without a way to get around all day, i was told only then that the parts for the steering wheel recall were on back order and I’d need to bring the vehicle back in once those parts arrive… seems to be an extreme lack of communication on their end.
