I scheduled a oil change and recall service.When I went I scheduled a oil change and recall service. When I went to pick up my car the service desk guy said you car just got back from being washed.... I scheduled a oil change and recall service. When I went to pick up my car the service desk guy said you car just got back from being washed.... It was not washed and filthy when I went out to get in it. Oil hand prints on the back doors no clue why they put their nasty hands there. The fender was also covered with grease or oil and hand prints. The drivers door same thing. Service person implied that might have already been there’s NO I take VERY good care of my Tahoe! I wash it often (almost every time I drive it)!!! Also, if they washed it like he said it would have been clean. They NEVER cleaned anything. My sun visor even has grease on it I need to figure out how to get it clean... Also $70+ for an oil change only is ridiculous! More

I bought my previous car at Maguire Toyota in Ithaca. I will not do business with them again. It is a production line and they have no personal connection with customers and only seem interested in the sal will not do business with them again.
