When I dropped off the counter employee asked me if I was going to wait for my vehicle. I said no why what notes do you have for my services? Oil change and tire rotation. I explained that was not why I brou going to wait for my vehicle. I said no why what notes do you have for my services? Oil change and tire rotation. I explained that was not why I brought my vehicle in, rather that I needed a diagnostic for tightness in steering. This led to several days of me calling for updates, each time I called I expressed the desire for daily updates via a single phone call. My issue was covered under warranty but unfortunately the parts weren't readily available and I wasn't given a hard timeline for the repair to be completed. I was expecting to be without my vehicle for several more weeks. Just a couple days after this expectation was explained I got a call saying great news your part was delivered this morning and we can have the repair completed the next day!! I am satisfied with the repair and oddly enough the time it took all in all. Communication needs dramatic improvement, parts availability I understand but do not accept, repair time with parts completely respectable. I feel I was intentionally made to feel they completed the impossible with my repair but looking back this really was just nonsense as a smoke a mirror trick for the unnecessary delays due to communication break downs. More

My late husband had done business with the T’burg dealership & loved them for responsiveness, fine sales & service staff & just being enjoyable to deal with. He passed recently & this weekend had trouble with one of his cars that wouldn’t start. They COULD not have been kinder…. Service staff replaced the battery but there was still a glitch when I went to picking up.. talked with them, responded right away & then delivered car to me & explained what the problem was. Five stars & huge thank you from this lady!! More
