I brought my truck in for the second time for squeaking brakes.it has 16 k miles on it. They were squeaking again in 20 miles, and they are doing it now. I have purchased at least 10 vehicles from your dealership in the last 12 years. All of the trucks required brakes, and your service department did a great job. The brakes seem to be the issue on the trucks. I have also purchased three Durango’s and 2 mini vans with no maintenance issues, your service department has been excellent but the reliability of the full size ram truck brakes seems to be the issue, I will be back in soon for this issue when I have a day off. Service is excellent brakes on half ton rams not so excellent. Thanks. More

Waited a month to get in to have it looked at. Poor service and the guys in there had bad attitudes Also the truck was brand new and the first time the mirror got pushed in manually the plastic snapped and broke and they wouldn’t warranty it bc supposedly we broke it by hitting something when there was no marks or damage on the broken piece we brought in. Will never go back. More
