The absolute worst service I’ve ever had ANYWHERE! My 2020 keep started having engine trouble on a Sunday so I called Monday morning to get my vehicle in, they said we don’t have an appointment until My 2020 keep started having engine trouble on a Sunday so I called Monday morning to get my vehicle in, they said we don’t have an appointment until Friday but bring it in and we can try to get to it sooner, great so I did. On Tuesday they called and said well you require a complete engine tear down and we can’t get to it for 4-5 weeks so you should probably take it to another dealership. When I picked my vehicle up to take it elsewhere after being turned away, the service person pulled it around for me and his exact words were well good luck it’s running pretty tough and hesitated when I said should I even be driving it. Then told me well if you break down you could call roadside service and get it towed. That’s disgusting for a shop to turn away service for one and then have a customer drive a vehicle away that’s unsafe! More
