Very unsatisfactory service. It took 4 weeks for a repair for a front end noise. First they replaced sway bar link. Told me the vehicle was complete and when I picked it up it was still making the noise. The for a front end noise. First they replaced sway bar link. Told me the vehicle was complete and when I picked it up it was still making the noise. Then they replaced the strut, same noise at pickup. Then the bushing. While waiting on the part for bushing my vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot. The loaner they had me using had an issue when braking and they did not exchange loaner “due to availability”. It did not feel safe and was a complete inconvenience. I did not feel comfortable driving my family in the loaner. No confidence in the work being done since they tried to return the vehicle to me multiple times when it was not repaired. I had to travel back and forth bringing the vehicle back. Then it felt like they were running up the bill since they replaced so many parts. I had to pay a car payment for a vehicle I didn’t have for a month. It was a very bad experience and they were not even apologetic for the inconvenience. To top it off when I finally picked up my vehicle there were still pieces of glass from when the window was broken in the parking lot, which would not have happened if they fixed it correctly the first or even the second time. More

When the Start/Stop system malfunctioned and shut my car off I was met with friendly service when I showed up without an appointment. The detail cleaning, oil change, etc. were fantastic. The people I encountered were great. I can only give this a a two star rating, however, as your service people do not wear masks! The person at the desk put on his mask as I walked up, but you could see the whole service department without them. No social distancing, getting in and out of people's vehicles, etc. You can agree or not agree with wearing masks, but as a business, why would you risk your reputation, being turned in and possible spreading COVID?
