Eli, I am sorry that you are not 100% satisfied. We do typically have waiter appointments and drop off appointments for your convenience. We have been discouraging people to wait at the dealership just so we can be as safe as possible with Covid limiting how many people are in the building. In regards to the glove box these are unrelated items and I am not sure why the glove box would have even been touched. Either way I am happy to look at the glove box for you to see why it will not close. Feel free to call the dealership and set up an appointment so we can look at it. I am very sorry that you feel this way. When it comes to safety and brakes we take this very seriously. We have trained technicians that have been in the business for many years and have changed hundreds if not thousands of brakes. I am not sure why they would say metal to metal if they were indeed 1/2 life. There are many different options in regards to brakes ranging from very cheap aftermarket to top of the line original manufacturer brakes. If I had to guess the difference in price is due to the difference in quality. We do have about 95% of the original Lowery staff working with us including 100% of the technicians that were there. It was very important to me that we retained as many of these great people as possible when we purchased the dealership from them.
