The job took only 15 minutes (I had already done most of it myself) and I was charged $193. I couldn't believe it! When I asked why, I was told "we charge a flat one hour rate." The customer service was excellent. I took my Ford in for a airbag recall. I knew my check engine light was on that was the only light on. I got there to pick it up and they said my airbag light was on I kno a airbag recall. I knew my check engine light was on that was the only light on. I got there to pick it up and they said my airbag light was on I know when I dropped it off it was not on. When I told them that it wasn’t on she told me yes it was they take notes of all lights. On the dash being on. So know I’m stuck paying for them to do a diagnostic test on it or drive it with it on. More
Service center unable to replicate numerous issues I’ve had in the last 6 months causing me to have to go back a half dozen times for two separate issues. Service staff is very friendly but does not typically call to update status. Had to wait over two months to get parts in for a big repair. This is understandable due to the Covid parts shortage but I had to keep calling them because I never was given an estimated date. Also forgot to put on an inspection sticker after performing a state inspection causing me to go back to dealer. More

Never receptive to warranty work. They do everything in their power to not do it same with certain things to do with recall work….because then they don’t receive the cost of labor. The dealership did not offer or provide a loaner vehicle during the service visit. They also did not wash the car at the end of the service.
