Failure to communicate. I was charged for recall labor/item. At 4:34pm I was told that my truck would be fixed in :30 minutes to come after dinner. Bad communication. Didnt fix what I scheduled to have fixed from previous appt but made sure to add more problems about my car to list. Waste of my time. Gal got an attitude with me and didnt know anything BC she "didn't make the appt" when I call and say, I was quoted to have my brakes and rotors replaced for $$$ on my last visit... It should be recorded . I call and schedule for that quote, I was there for 3.5 hrs, for none of that to be fixed but to be retold the same thing that they need replaced and now wheel bearings... I don't appreciate my time wasted when I had to take off of work and to be ran around. I don't trust your facility who doesn't have communication. After calling on Monday it took four days for Parts to call back with information. Neither parts nor service offered to help with potential warranty, and does not appear they noticed the truck is 1.5 mont call back with information. Neither parts nor service offered to help with potential warranty, and does not appear they noticed the truck is 1.5 months old and had a tire fail . Disappointed there was no help with diagnosis of tire failure and no help with any potential warranty claims. I don’t t have a lot of confidence in this department. More
They are fair. The first time they looked at my car they didn’t find the problem but they reimbursed me for the towing and labor that resulted from their mistake. Hey, no one is perfect.
