My son took his '12 Focus in to have oil change and a front lower fender fixed. I received a call about the parts needed plus a couple other items. I approved the parts for the fender. When my son picked up his car, the fender was not fixed. He was told then one part was on back order. This should have been explained to me when I received the call saying the car was ready. More

Excellent service as always. Johnny and all the service crew did an amazing job and took care of all the insurance. I was also provided with rides to and from the car rental whilst my vehicle was being rep crew did an amazing job and took care of all the insurance. Convenience and service outstanding. Jasmine was an excellent representative. The service cost was ridiculously expensive.
