Was given misinformation for my appointment by a service manager who apparently left their employ shortly after. The service tech was unhelpful not even looking into the record of the appointment until pres manager who apparently left their employ shortly after. When they finished with the car he couldn't be bothered to call me saying he "didn't get around to it." Overall unhappy, will avoid dealing with Maguire in the future. More

The staff is always so kind and helpful! The work was done in a timely manner as they knew I was waiting. Terrible! Was told on the phone there was a possibility my rotors would be under warranty. After waiting 3 hrs, they charged me to tell me the problem I already knew existed!!!!
