I received a call that the mechanic had a solution to my unusual problem, so made an appointment. Afyer dropping off my car, I never received a call back about its status. I called and spoke to the original mechanic, who described what the new mechanic had done: exactly the same thing as the first one. The had not done what they said they would do. They kept the car overnight, and I requeated it be available by noon. Again no call. My husband finally spoke to them and asked them to check the battery and alternator. Both were fine, although they wanted to replace the battery without checking it. I asked for the car back. Not worth the frustration. Oddly, the problem has gone away. More

My 2018 Altima broke down 3 miles from your dealership. I am from Rochester N.Y.. Was towed in, you had my car for 3 days, I had to rent a car from Budget @ the airport. If a mechanic would of looked at my car he probably could of diagnosed the problem and I could of been on my way to Rochester as the problem was a bad air flow sensor. and I could of saved $300 in rental, Taxi, & Uber. I also want to mention that Dave Knight was very helpful in keeping me updated on the repair of my vehicle. But when someone breaks down and is not from the area you should go out of your way and try to expedite the problem More

Slow - I had to wait over one week to get an appointment. After I finally dropped off the car, poor communication. I had to make four calls to get info on status of car. The only bright spot was service writer Dave who was very friendly and helpful, but had no authority to resolve my issue.
