Car not ready when promised. Still not done at 5:00. I didn’t get the name of employee who I dealt with upon drop off, phone call to check on progress or when I came to pick up. I requested the manager, Ken Hart, who did step in personally to facilitate getting the car ready and was very nice. His employees need more training and backup and I made that clear to him. He was aware. I’ve had good experiences in past, so I’ll chalk this up to new hires who were overwhelmed. Also one of the service desks guys was not wearing his mask properly. Had it over his mouth but not his nose the whole time while running around, I observed him for 25 minutes. More

When I picked up my loaner car I waited 75 minutes for the girl to come back from lunch. No one knew anything about my car and it was very frustrating, perhaps you can have more than one person running th the girl to come back from lunch. Brought my car in after having new transmission put in approximately 6 weeks ago (AFTER having new engine put in approximately 8 months ago (the records are available)).After picking up from having transm approximately 6 weeks ago (AFTER having new engine put in approximately 8 months ago (the records are available)).After picking up from having transmission and rear axle replaced , the entire engine guard fell off when driving home. Had to have brought back by flatbed truck. In addition, the shaking I initially brought it in for that led to replacement of transmission was still a problem. Service had my car for another 3 weeks. Got it back yesterday (6/11/20). It was delivered to my place of work with 20 miles left in my gas tank until empty!!😡 This car is nothing but problems. Lincoln rep says it doesn’t “qualify” for the rest of my lease to be bought back to get me out of this nightmare. GM of Maguire offered a new Corsair for $200 more a month😡😡. I’m stuck with this car until January. I can assure you I will not be purchasing another Lincoln or any other vehicle from Maguire. The service manager Ken was empathetic but his hands were tied. Terrible Service at Every Level During the year my family had to have ongoing issues with our primary vehicle addressed by this company, it became painfully clear that Maguire has ea During the year my family had to have ongoing issues with our primary vehicle addressed by this company, it became painfully clear that Maguire has earned their local reputation for predatory sales and abysmal service. It would never have occurred to me to go to them to buy a car, nor service any vehicle I owned due to the stories I've heard directly from other past Maguire customers, but unfortunately was required to do so by the terms of multiple factory recalls and warranties on a vehicle purchased out-of-state. More than once, a repair was "completed" (usually way over the time estimate), only to have the issue resurface, sometimes on the short drive home. Any time we had to follow up on a current, recurring, or new issue, just getting someone to actually answer the phone or return a call was the work of hours, if not days. The last time we had “repairs” “completed”, the car broke down less than 10 minutes after driving away from Maguire, but luckily in front of another dealer. When Maguire refused to take the car back and ACTUALLY complete the repairs, I was fortunate to find a good deal on a vehicle I wanted to purchase and get a remarkably decent offer on the trade-in of the non-functioning car at the dealer where my car stopped running. One of the reasons I'm excited and relieved to have my situation with this car resolved in this manner is the hope of never having to deal with Maguire ever again for any reason. More
