Unorganized. Wait for hours, deal with 3 different techs that don't talk to each other, they make guesses, still leave with broken vehicle. Gave service reps specific things to check, they ignored. They parked my brand new 70000 dollar truck so close to vehicles I could barely get into it. Kept assigning me new techs that had no idea the issue or how long I was there. I left to a different dealership that seems to care more. More

the staff Krista and Jakkie were great to deal with and the service was just great!!! I have a 2020 Altima and I live on the 100 block of North Titus and it was nice not to have to drive up the hill to the the service was just great!!!
