Another salesman needed to step in but no preparation was taken to assure paperwork was in order. I am currently dealing with an issue receiving a feature of the car included with the sale of the car and have been told the dealers is unwilling to correct the problem (XM radio). More

I Was very disappointed with how long it took to get the proper paperwork in check to purchase the vehicle- spend 4 hours in the dealership, and plates were not available (Mike had to go to the DMV to get my title and plates). The car was not detailed at all and the windows were smudged and very dirty- had the car detailed the following day, and it was not done to my expectation (Windows had smears). Given that the process took so long and my car was not cleaned properly, I expected a complementary service or add-on feature like all weather mats, which I requested. Would appreciate better customer service next time. More
