We ran into Chris Neumann, Chris offered his hospitality before anything else, asked us to come inside and wait a minute while he brought my wife and I cold bottles of water and asked if we would mind going to his office so he could reference the website and the vehicles we wanted to see. We grabbed a few stock numbers and he asked if it was ok to view cars a little out of the 10k range to see if there might be a deal just above that we would like to add to the list. The whole time we were looking through the website he was looking at the vehicles on the lot with concerns of mileages while keeping the price in our range. Chris surprised me as your not the run of the mill car salesmen, he took his personal suggestions which made it more like shopping with a family member. Once we had our list he grabbed all the keys to the vehicles and off we went around the lot, if he could not find it Chris knew who to ask which saved us time. Chris made shopping for a vehicle the easiest I have ever had. He worked out all the numbers with us and we ended up purchasing a Chevy Volt with a manufactures warranty still on the vehicle, had we not looked at slightly higher priced vehicles we would have never run into my car which I highly enjoy and felt I received the best deal on the lot. I had one small issue, the charger I plugged in at night and did not see the plug that connects into the wall outlet had some damage to it, I contacted Chris sent him photos to his cell phone and he worked on replacing the charger, Chris he was all over it, and felt it was unacceptable he was able to recover a charger that looked brand new the same day. Since we needed to replace more than one vehicle for our family and Chris was excellent we decided to lease the second vehicle from Chris. Once again we sat down and discussed what my wife and I were looking for and Chris went to work, again finding a Chevy Tahoe LT on the lot with Premiere features. I felt really blessed to drive off the lot both times feeling like I had purchased two gems. Chris was the only salesmen that I have bought from where he was not trying to sell me on a cup holders and features in the car, instead sold me a vehicle that fit the price I wanted to pay that happen have the best features that model had to offer. We are going back to Chris for our third vehicle when our daughter is ready to purchase her vehicle this month. In the future I will be looking for Chris due to his commitment to customer satisfaction and attention for all my future car purchases. More

Damaged at Maher Maher Chevrolet’s mechanic had an accident test driving my car while it was there for service. I’d been a loyal customer of their sales and service departments for ~15 years so I trusted Maher to correct their mistake. But they’re not the same Maher Chevrolet now. Service Manager Farishian and General Manager Towler refuse to fix my car unless I buy tires and brakes from them. Neither tires nor brakes created the problems that Maher refuses to fix since their accident. If you take your car to Maher for service, be prepared to buy tires and brakes your car doesn’t need. Remember to check your odometer readings before and after Maher has your car. Maher’s readings are not accurate. Accidents happen, but don’t expect Maher to correct their mistakes. If you buy a car from Maher, be prepared to wait weeks or months for its “pre-delivery service” to be complete. Watch for your salesman to fraudulently use your name to write social media reviews of himself. Read your sales paperwork carefully, especially each time they reprint it for “minor corrections.” I'd heard that Maher’s customer service is substandard for women, seniors, and people of color. Regretfully, I can now attest to those allegations. Best advice: Do not trust Maher Chevrolet with your car or your money. More
