Damaged at Maher Maher Chevrolet’s mechanic had an accident test driving my car while it was there for service. I’d been a loyal customer of their sales and service de Maher Chevrolet’s mechanic had an accident test driving my car while it was there for service. I’d been a loyal customer of their sales and service departments for ~15 years so I trusted Maher to correct their mistake. But they’re not the same Maher Chevrolet now. Service Manager Farishian and General Manager Towler refuse to fix my car unless I buy tires and brakes from them. Neither tires nor brakes created the problems that Maher refuses to fix since their accident. If you take your car to Maher for service, be prepared to buy tires and brakes your car doesn’t need. Remember to check your odometer readings before and after Maher has your car. Maher’s readings are not accurate. Accidents happen, but don’t expect Maher to correct their mistakes. If you buy a car from Maher, be prepared to wait weeks or months for its “pre-delivery service” to be complete. Watch for your salesman to fraudulently use your name to write social media reviews of himself. Read your sales paperwork carefully, especially each time they reprint it for “minor corrections.” I'd heard that Maher’s customer service is substandard for women, seniors, and people of color. Regretfully, I can now attest to those allegations. Best advice: Do not trust Maher Chevrolet with your car or your money. More
