My initial contact with Speedway was with Tasha via the website / Internet. She was helpful, knowledgable and led me through the process with ease from Saturday when i initially visited to Monday when I en website / Internet. I recently bought my car from Speedway Chrysler and in I recently bought my car from Speedway Chrysler and in less than one week the battery died, I had the car looked at a and it appeared to have a ver I recently bought my car from Speedway Chrysler and in less than one week the battery died, I had the car looked at a and it appeared to have a very cheap battery in it. It was nothing that I did, the day before the check engine light came on which was a result of the bad battery. When I called the dealership to see if they would take care of it they told me that I had to bring my car in and if it was something on their part they would fix it, if not I had to take care of it.I then told them that I lived an hour away and that it wasn't possible, and that did not seem to matter to them. I asked to talk to a manager and was told that he would give me a call. The call that I received was not from a manager but from the service department (they were very nice) explaining to me that I had to bring the car in. When I first called them I didn't think that it would have been a big deal to them but apparently the $75 for a new a decent battery is too much for them, so I got to buy it myself. Other than the battery the car runs great and we did get a good deal, but it is disappointing that I within in a week of buying a new car I had to buy a new battery when it was no fault of mine. More
