As soon as we got to the dealership we were welcomed. I had been looking for a couple weeks for a Chrysler 300 and Chris was the most helpful and friendliest over the phone. I have bought many cars from different dealerships and have always felt very pressured into buying a car. I have never owned a Jeep prior to sitting down with Chris Valencia at Speedway. Chris has an outstanding demeanor and called me 3 minutes after I submitted a request via internet. It was a pleasant surprise to know he would gladly order the exact vehicle I wanted, I would be a very happy customer knowing I was getting the model/options I desired. That Jeep came in ahead of schedule and I can honestly say I have no disappointments. We needed the Jeep for a trip over the holidays and it was perfect timing. During the trip, the Rubicon was tested everyday on steep, rutted and unimproved mountain roads requiring front and rear differential locks. It performed flawlessly w/o a single scratch to the exterior and all the interior cargo arrived safely, including our 1 month old baby girl. Chris and the Speedway group have conducted several follow-ups and all have been very positive without pressure. Sue Kennedy took care of the financials in minutes, I was thoroughly pleased. I have been completely satisfied with the professionals at Speedway and am currently working the wife as hard as I can to order another Rubicon for myself. She and baby got the one above. Excellent product for our needs. I had a car accident in dec and was looking for a car that was comparable to the dodge magnum, my magnum was totalled in the accident. Les had a trade in just yesterday on a Chrysler 300 touring. I really was distraught about the accident and how it was already a paid off vehicle. Les made the experience an understanding one. All the sales persons were very supportive. We looked at the a car and drove it. My husband and I were thrilled on how nice this car was taken care of by the previous owners. We made the deal that day. About two weeks ago, we received a letter in the mail to see if we wanted to trade in my husbands' 2008 Dodge Ram Mega Cab. My husband and I were impressed with Les' appreciation and thoughtfulness last time and so we decided to call Les for advice. My husband was looking at the lot and making phone calls to Les about what they could do for us. We made a deal on Thursday evening and Les even helped us with cleaning out the old truck. We literally made Les work up a sweat. Thank you Les and to all at Speedway including the service dept for keeping our fine vehicles on the road and for continuing to help families like ours. More
