They did their job My email reminder said that my first oil change and tire rotation would take about 1.5 hours. The paper they gave me when I got there said 1.5 hours! I waited patiently for 3 hours and finally I went to girls to see if they forgot me. About that time the keys came in and the girls said it would be a few more minutes for the paper work! No sorry for the wait or explanation on why it took so long. Everything with my car was fine! More
